Key responsibilities:
1. Identify potential clients: Research and identify potential clients in the target market to expand the customer base.
2. Establish relationships: Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnership and repeat business.
3. Sales planning: Develop effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
4. Product knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
5. Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
6. Sales reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management to track progress and performance.
Required skills and expectations:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the relevant industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and individually to achieve sales goals.
4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales deals successfully.
5. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software to manage sales activities efficiently.
