Job Details :- Position Overview: The Zonal Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the business growth of Anantaa GSK Innovation by fostering partnerships with general physicians for the Max Pulse device and gynecologists for the IRIS XP device. The role involves managing a team of technical and sales support personnel to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of the devices at partner clinics. The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading the team, and ensuring the profitable growth of the business. Key Responsibilities: Partnership Development: - Identify and target potential general physicians and gynecologists as partners for the placement of Max Pulse and IRIS XP devices within their clinics. - Build strong relationships with medical professionals, understanding their needs, and presenting the benefits of incorporating our devices into their practice. - Negotiate partnership agreements and profit-sharing models with physicians, aligning with both parties\' goals. Sales Strategy and Execution: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals. - Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, conduct product demonstrations, and close sales deals. - Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results. Team Leadership: - Lead and motivate a team of technical support and sales support personnel, providing guidance, training, and mentorship. - Coordinate team efforts to ensure smooth device installation, training, and ongoing technical support for partner clinics. - Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. - Market Insights and Feedback: - Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics related to medical devices and diagnostics. - Gather feedback from physicians and clinic staff regarding device performance, user experience, and improvements needed.
