Job description
Title: Agency Relationship Manager (Agency Development) at Money Masterz

Location: Noida, Block-C, Building-104 (Basement Area) Sector-2.
Shift : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM- Mon-Sat

Qualifications:

Graduate degree or above
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Agency Sales within the Insurance sector
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs):

Recruitment:
Actively recruit Financial Advisors and Leaders
Conduct screening and collaborative training for financial professionals to build a strong agency network
Performance Analysis and Action Plans:
Analyze team performance regularly and develop actionable plans for improvement
Ensure adherence to agency regulations, guidelines, and policies by the team
Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with staff, distributor base, and clients
Address internal and external customer queries promptly and mediate disputes effectively
Business Development:
Monitor monthly activation and business metrics
Achieve persistency target of 87% and drive creation of MDRTs within the team
Sales Management:
Oversee sales policies and operations of the team
Set and monitor sales objectives, ensuring career progression of team members
Contribute to meeting sales targets across all parameters
Industry Awareness:
Stay updated with current industry and market trends
Utilize market knowledge to enhance business strategies and processes
