Revenue Growth Manager

Lucknow, Delhi (NCR), Pune

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through market research, referrals, and networking.
- Analyse sales metrics, market trends, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for
revenue growth.
- Proactively seek new leads through various channels and optimize revenue across various
channels.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs.
- Working with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive
approach towards revenue generation.
- Implementing experiments and tests to improve revenue metrics
- develop and nurture enablers, partnerships and collaborations for business expansion.
- Identify evolving trends and emerging opportunities for expansion and fortification of
distribution channels, and amplification of customer engagement and market presence.
- approach with internal stakeholders to accelerate internal enablement and support for
revenue growth initiatives.
- Develop and nurture a team that is self-driven, engaged and motivated.
- lead and drive the execution of the charter to unlock the revenue growth architecture.

- foster collaboration and a unified approach with internal stakeholders to accelerate internal

- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer
interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s / Masters degree in business, marketing

Experience 5 - 10 Years
Salary 10 Lac To 12 Lac P.A.
Industry Sales & Marketing / Business Development / Telecaller
Qualification Professional Degree, BHM
