We are looking for a skilled Receptionist/Admin/Recruiter to join our team at Blissful. As a
Receptionist cum Admin, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and
clerical tasks while also managing the front desk and welcoming clients and visitors. The ideal
candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment
- Very good in tele calling
- Manage and maintain the reception area, cafeteria and office premises ensuring it is tidy
and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule appointments and meetings.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering, stocking, and distributing as
needed.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Assist in preparing and distributing memos, emails, and other correspondence.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by seniors and management.
- Regular supervision on security & housekeeping. In charge of inventory control of
stationery, paper (check & stock), sundries & issuing of purchase requisitions.
- Managing vendor management related to business cards, letterheads, stickers etc.
- Handle administrative duties.
- Support to other departments such as HR, Accounts, Marketing, and Admin department
on daily basis

Experience 2 - 4 Years
Salary 2 Lac To 2 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
Industry Front Office / Reception / Computer Operator / Assistant
Qualification Professional Degree, Other Bachelor Degree
