JOB DECRIPTION �� PROJECT MANAGER
Work Plan Management:
 Responsible for initial project work plan in the standard Project Management Tool based on a defined
Work Breakdown Structure set by the project.
 Identifying and tracking milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, changes and dependencies within the
schedule.
 Perform work plan event and document changes and QA work plan based on standard guidelines.
 Performing PMO effort estimation for Packaged and Custom PMO.
 Perform work plan event and document changes (add activity, change baseline, change resource, add
resource, change effort, change duration.).
 Advice and gather requirements from engagement team on what outputs / focus is required for planning
e.g. Schedule, quality, cost etc.
 Define planning approach based on requirements identification.
Financial and Budget tracking, Forecasting:
 Performed cost and expense tracking and reporting activities for the project, inclusive of vendor or
supplier related expenses.
 Defined strategy and implemented expense reporting processes, including forecasting of Project Cost
and Expenses.
 Provide support in Invoice Generation and tracking activities for the project.
 Provide support in the definition of project Financial Tracking and Reporting processes.
Resource Management & Metrics Reporting:
 Performing resource management support to projects by resource tracking, reporting, resource
deployment, resource augmentation, resource optimization, budgeting, bill entry, workforce
management and vendor Management.
Resource Management:
 Managing Operations Team
 Time and Expenses Tracking
 Managing team on the ground.
 Maintenance of project distribution list & Staffing
Planning:
 Operational Planning for Each and every assessment
 Planning to deliver successful assessment.
 Inventory planning
