Urgent opening for Data Analyst/MIS/Data Entry professional knowing MACROS/ PAYTHON
(MUST) Advance Excel, Power Point, Basic HTML, VBA and MIS (Male Candidates Only)
Job Responsibilities:
 Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for the management
 Automate and simplify various reporting trackers using VBA, Macros and SQL or Python
 Extract existing data to format into presentable reports, charts, and graphs
 Prepare ad hoc analyses and data reports for internal circulation
 Create visualizations and innovative dashboards using Power BI and Tableau
 Create powerful presentations in PowerPoint for the management
 Work on bespoke queries involving collating data from multiple Excel files and preparing a custom report
keeping in view all the requirements set by the client
 Delivering the tasks assigned within timelines, support business with innovation, and work on automation
ideas to enhance the existing reporting mechanism
 Coordinating with different teams and stakeholders for feedback and process
Desired Candidate Profile

1. Must have a good command of Advance Excel (Macros, Pivot Table, Charts, Reports, H-Lookup, V-
Lookup and basic HTML)

2. The candidate must have good typing speed.
3. Proven huge scale data management work experience, as a Data entry Personnel.
4. Well versed in computer skill, Should have good typing speed 30-40 wpm or Decent typing speed
5. The candidate should speak English, Gujarati and Hindi at least
6. Ability to multi-task
7. Experienced Candidate with minimum 2 years of experience will be preferred.
8. Expertise in MIS is must
