Job Description & Key Result Areas (KRAs): Marketing Manager - Projects
The role of Projects Marketing Manager at M/s Dudhi Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a pivotal position responsible for
spearheading Business Development efforts and enhancing Brand Recall Value. Key responsibilities include:
Cultivate Strong Relationships: Develop enduring partnerships with new clients in the untapped Central India
Drive B2B Sales: Lead the sales pipeline in Government Sector, PSUs, Housing Societies, Real Estate Services,
Architects, and Consultants organizations.
Product Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of product lines, understanding customer needs, and creating
demand for products.
Impressive Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed targets, ensuring revenue and profit goals
are achieved.
Optimize Business Development: Collaborate with channel partners to streamline field operations and lead
Customer Engagement: Regularly meet existing and potential clients to comprehend evolving business needs
and present suitable product solutions.
Market Expansion: Expand business through collaboration with Architects, Builders, Consultants, PMC, and
Government Projects: Liaise with new government infrastructure projects, specifying products in government
Corporate Presentations: Organize presentations in government departments and architectural firms.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct market analysis, track competitors, and identify new market potential.
Project Management: Identify and track projects for strategic product positioning opportunities.
Key Account Management: Manage key accounts, handle project sales, and institutional sales.
Exhibition Participation: Represent the company at exhibitions and trade fairs to generate leads.
Desired Skills:
Client Management: Experience in dealing with government departments, PSUs, Architects, PMC, MEP

Experience 5 - 8 Years
Salary 6 Lac To 9 Lac P.A.
