Job Description & Key Responsibilities:
The Marketing Manager - Railways & Highways will lead our efforts in expanding our market reach
and enhancing brand presence in the specific sectors of Railways and Highway & Road Construction.
Key responsibilities include:
 Strategic Business Development: Initiate and develop strong relationships with key
stakeholders in the Railways and Highway & Road Construction sectors. Identify and tap into
new business opportunities within these sectors.
 Project Sales Management: Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
deals, focusing on government and large infrastructure projects. Ensure product specifications
are included in project tenders and government contracts.
 Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain robust relationships with
government departments, contractors, consultants, and other key players in the infrastructure
sector.
 Product Expertise and Presentation: Develop comprehensive knowledge of our product lines
relevant to Railways and Highways. Deliver persuasive presentations and demos to
stakeholders and decision-makers.
