Initiate and manage sales conversations with potentials customers via phone, email and
other communication channels
Thoroughly understand the product and services offered including pricing policy,
implementation schedule, after sales service etc.
Stay up-to-date with new feature developments happening within the company for the
product
Set up meetings with school principals, management or administrators for demonstrating
the product by our sales team
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and pricing to remain relevant
Provide feedback to sales and development team for continuous improvement
Maintain customer records and sales activity in the CRM system
