General Admin Responsibilities:
• Handling general admin duties including replenishments of stationery
• Office tools and equipment loans and calibrations
• Issuance of purchase orders and draft contract
• Handling recruitment and selection activities including arrangement for interviews
• Assist in staff training and development activities
• Keeping, maintaining and updating of personal file / records of employees,
• Job descriptions, increment and renewal of employment contract
Other Duties as assigned by The Management
