Front Office Executive

Guest Handling:-

a. To be warm, friendly and courteous to guests
b. To greet guests on arrival and provide timely assistance at
c. To inform the General Manager of all VIP arrivals and
perform ATG Process and also to escort all VIP’s to their
d. To report on a weekly basis, all views, suggestions/
comments of guests’ met
e. To assist guests immediately if they have any problems with
the services provided by the Hotel
f. To pay special attention to special requests on rooms,
services and complaints of house guests
g. To arrange for outside errands required by guests and
h. Develop good open communication and rapport with all
guests. Recognise return guests and ensure all guests
expectations are met and exceeded at all times.
i. Ensure all guest account details are correct and accurate.
j. Keeps current on hotel accommodations, services and area
k. Responds to customer inquiries for information.
l. Arranges for services requested by the guest by working with
other departments as appropriate.
m. Stays current with developments in the hotel by reviewing
and updating the communication log.
n. Follows hotel policy on cash banks – at all times adheres to
credit limits and procedures as set down by the Financial
Hotel Policies and procedures:-
o. Attends work on time and as scheduled.
p. Follows hotel grooming, hygiene and dress standards.
q. Minimise safety hazards

Experience 1 - 3 Years
Salary 1 Lac 75 Thousand To 2 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
Industry Front Office / Reception / Computer Operator / Assistant
Qualification Professional Degree, Other Bachelor Degree
