Customer Service Executive


Responsibilities and Duties:
- US based Customer Service through calls, Chats & emails.
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels.
- Build client and domain knowledge to be able to deliver a resolution in the first
- To provide information about products/services, take/cancel orders, and obtain details of
- Ensure adherence to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) like Customer
Satisfaction, Service Level, Handle Time & Customer Effort.
- Maintain Internal and Client level delivery quality on calls, chats & email conversations.
- Execute issue / query resolution and ensure proper documentation and follow up.
- Identify and share probable customers.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests.
- Identify, share and support operational improvements.

- 1-3 yrs of experience.
- Educational Qualification - Undergraduate
- 1 yr of International Voice Experience Required
- 1 yr of International Backend Chat Experience
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to Listen and Problem Solving
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to perform under Pressure
- Basic Computer Skills
- Handling US Customer over the call or chat
- Customer Care
- Excellent Verbal Communication Skills

Experience 2 - 4 Years
Salary 2 Lac 50 Thousand To 5 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
Industry Sales & Marketing / Business Development / Telecaller
