The person will be responsible for:
To ensure client engagement, service orientation and quality of delivery.
Coordinate with clients to seek their feedback
Coordinate with clients to follow up for payments
Update database with follow ups done
Explain client about our services, policies
Viewing and managing workloads.
Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Keeping client informed of project progress
Contact clients using Skype,Email, phone & social media
Understand the target markets to attract clients
Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
Participate in Business Development and Capture & Bid activities
Ability to learn quickly, think creatively and provide structure and logic to complex problems with
conflicting priorities is essential
