Responsibilities:
- Hands on experience in: Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and project cost analysis, fund
management, working capital management, Cash flow managements and investments
-Working knowledge of Accounting Standard and Indian Accounting Standard
-Rich experience in accounting and direct taxation matters
-Experienced in performing monthly closing activities involving finalization of monthly accounts and
preparation of monthly financial statements and MIS
-Analysing business operation, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project
future revenues and expenses or to provide advice and report the outcome as part of monthly MIS
-Monitor banking operations to ensure timely completion of procedures and process efficiency resulting
in minimal operating costs and business ease
-Provide strategic inputs in matter of reduction of finance cost, risk management and process
improvement.
- Technical research in relation to various tax matters (such as book to tax adjustments, tax credit
calculations, foreign tax credit recoverability, controlled foreign corporation analysis, etc)
- Domestic and International business tax compliances
-Handling transfer pricing analysis and reporting both international and domestic
-Managing and preparing transfer pricing documentation to support intra-group transactions in
compliance with local regulations
-Withholding tax /TDS compliances & resolving withholding tax queries of international vendors and
arranging tax documents for international payments
- Working knowledge for preparation of documentation for the international remittance business projects
