Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Description: A Business Analyst you will be the vital link between our
information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and
ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment
tasks of our software product’s features.
Job Requirements:
• Responsible for preparing business proposals by analyzing
requirements, doing GAP analysis, constructing workflow charts and
diagrams, studying system capabilities and writing specifications for
Configuration and development task.
• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and
elements.
• Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
• Prepare technical reports as per client requirements.
• Perform Quality Assurance.
• Help design, document and maintain system processes.
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make
recommendations to the product team.
• Communicate key insights and findings to the product team.
• Prepare SOW and other business documents.
• Design Wireframe.
• Create test plans.
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to discover issues, improve
monitoring and deliver better value to the customer.

Knowledge and Experience

• Excellent at analyzing and organizing information.
• Having the potential of being either a leader or a follower as the situation
requires.
• Be able to work independently or with a group of people as the situation
requires.
• Must be Self-motivated and assertive, but with a pleasant personality.
• Should be able to determine operational objectives by
studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output
requirements and formats.
• Should have technical knowledge and experience reviewing RFP.
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in
data visualization techniques and tools.
