Responsibilities and Duties**
The QS and billing engineer will be responsible for:
•         Assist in preparing BOQ with a detailed description of each item from the design drawings as per
specifications and measurements.
•         Reviewing BOQ’s and specifications of our consultants and coordinating the revision of the same.
•         Prepare an estimated rate analysis of the BOQ and the price forecast of the different materials needed for
the project.
•         Review the bar bending schedule of the contractor.
•         Assist senior managers in preparing work orders for sub-contractors.
•         Prepare monthly reconciliation statement of construction material at site.
•         Verify sub-contractor bills at site in accordance with contract specifications and BOQ.
•         Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners.
 
Qualifications**
Some important qualifications and skills for the role:
•         Diploma in Civil or B.Tech/BE Civil
•         4+ years of experience.
•         Experience in the real estate industry is necessary.
•         Mathematically inclined, organized and attention to detail.
•         Comfortable with often travelling to
