Job Description :-
- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
- Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Using sales scripts preferred by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily , weekly and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
- Working towards achieving the sales target given monthly & Anually.
Qualification and Skill Requirements:-
- Proficiency in English
- Prior sales experience
- Knowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting and documentation
- Knowledge of CRM or sales management software is an added advantage
- Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tactics.
- Faster learning ability and passion for sales
- Self-motivated professional with a result-oriented approach
- Good presentation Skills
- Effective Communication Skills.
