POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking dynamic individuals for the positions of Assistant Professor to teach various
subjects in our esteemed B-School, as a result of our growth. These openings are designed
to also accommodate professionals with industry expertise. Successful candidates will
actively engage in designing syllabi, setting assignments, quizzes, and question papers, as
well as evaluating them by institute norms. This role provides an opportunity to inspire and
mentor students while collaborating with a diverse and accomplished faculty.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Course Designing and Instruction: Design and deliver compelling lectures, workshops,
and seminars for undergraduate/graduate courses in various subjects/fields of business
based on the curriculum.
2. Assignment and Assessment: Design and set assignments, quizzes, and question papers
that align with the curriculum, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of student
understanding and application of concepts.
3. Grading and Evaluation: Evaluate assignments, quizzes, and question papers in
accordance with institute norms, providing constructive feedback to students to support
their academic growth.
4. Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of course
content, ensuring alignment with industry trends, best practices, and academic
standards.
