Job Description :
1.Bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, party reconciliation, Branch
reconciliation.
2. Bill payment and Tally entry.
3. Purchase order/MRN/Purchase entry.
4. TDS / GST – Deposit and Challan.
5. Follow ups on accounts related work.
6. Expenses analysis as and reposting to CEO for all above work in terms of
compliance.
7. Insurance renewals / payments for credit card and bill expenses /
telephone/phone bills/ Electricity Bill/ Water Bill.
8. Handling petty cash.
9. Provision balance sheet/ balance sheet.
10. Import Export Documentation complete work on tally
